Price and Payment. All works shown for sale on the website are for sale at the price shown. Payment is in GB pounds sterling. Rue Stanley Art is not VAT registered, so charges no VAT. Goods are charged at the price that is shown on the website and will be the same at the checkout. I take payment by the methods listed on the website, which include major credit cards. 

Returns and refunds.  I will offer refunds or exchanges on artwork if you are not happy with it or it has been damaged. Please contact me as soon as possible following receipt to arrange a return.  I will offer a full refund or exchange on receipt of undamaged artwork received within 30 days of delivery to you. In the unlikely event the artwork has arrived damaged, please inform me within 48 hours if possible.

Delivery. Prints, merchandise  and original artwork will be delivered by courier, tracked, and insured, or by me personally by courier to the address stipulated in your order. If you have ordered original artwork, the courier will contact you to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. I will contact you if there are any delays in delivering your order within 30 days and give you the option to cancel your order.

Orders from outside mainland UK and Ireland. Prices for mainland UK delivery are included. This applies to England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles or Scottish Highlands may incur a separate cost. Please contact me for costs of shipping outside mainland UK, before placing your order on the website.

Process for Returns.

• Contact RSA to discuss returns options. For original artwork, I can assist in arranging courier collection. If RSA arranges collection, the cost of return will be deducted from the final refund. Or you can arrange to personally deliver artwork back to my studio in Epsom, Surrey. 
• Artworks should be in their original condition and undamaged ( unless otherwise informed). If the original packaging is not available, suitable packaging maybe used. Please include delivery slip, and securely wrap. Please send by recorded delivery.
• On receipt of the artwork. I will refund your credit, debit card or other payment method with the full purchase price of the goods. Which should be returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. 

General Terms & Conditions

• Artwork and Intellectual Property Rights Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the artwork provided by Rue Stanley Art shall remain the sole property of Rue Stanley Art (RSA). RSA will strongly protect its rights in all countries. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, transfer, or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the artwork, in whole or in part. You may sell on physical artworks that you have purchased from RSA. You may not download or copy any website content. All website content remains the property of RSA.
• Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and RSA, RSA will endeavour to resolve the disagreement by the most suitable means. Force majeure: RSA is not liable for any breach of your obligations resulting from events beyond RSA's reasonable control.
• Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
